Far-right nut bag and anti-muslim bigot Laura Loomer has announced her bid for Congress in a very blue district in Northern Miami.
In a released statement full of rightwing nonsense, Loomer stated her intentions for Florida’s 21st District:
“My opponent cares far more about radical leftist special interests, her anti-Semitic colleagues, and protecting criminal illegal aliens from deportation than about her district and constituents here in Florida who she’s supposed to be working for, not against”.
Loomer will be going up against Rep. Lois Frankel (D-Fla.) who ran unopposed in 2018 and is a vocal Donald Trump critic. And speaking of Donald Trump, Karen Giorno, who served as the Florida state director for Trump’s 2016 campaign, has been tapped to lead Loomer’s House bid.
Anyways, Loomer has faced criticism in the past for that anti-muslim bullshit and her general fucked up view on the World. This has in turn gotten her de-platformed on a number of sites including Twitter, PayPal, GoFundMe and Venmo. She was also banned from using Uber and Lyft after trying to pitch the creation of a new rideshare app that does not employ Muslims.
