A suspected terror attack occurred just after 10 pm local time in Manchester, England at the conclusion of an Ariana Grande concert.
According to early reports, 19 people have been confirmed dead and at least 59 have been injured when an explosion occurred just outside the venue as concert goers were leaving for the night.
Police and other local authorities are treating the incident as a terrorist attack unless it’s known otherwise while there have been unconfirmed reports of a suicide bomber at the scene identified.
