Donald Trump’s election fraud allegations haven’t been going well for the President and his legal team to say the very least.
You have to figure the everything that has happened so far with the likes of Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell has been textbook in terms of what not to do when it comes to legal proceedings, appealing to the court of public opinion, and so on and so on and so on.
I mean we’ve seen everything from Rudy leaking hair dye during a presser, Sidney Powell making the most outrageous and asinine allegations with zero evidence, screwing up the booking location for a press conference, and case after case being thrown out by judges.
Then yesterday there was Melissa Carone, a Michigan election worker who fit into the Trump legal strategy of making baseless claims of election fraud without offering up any evidence.
“I know what I saw,” Carone told state Rep. Steven Johnson (R), raising her eyebrows sharply. “And I signed something saying if I’m wrong, I can go to prison. Did you?”

Shit went to a different level though when it was Giuliani who seemingly had to rein in the craziness after it appeared that Carone had one too many wine spritzers before making her way to the Michigan hearing.
Rudy’s reining in though didn’t stop Carone though from claiming that Wayne County — which is where Detroit and we’re based had a voting book that contained “zero registered voters”, claimed that 30,000 votes were counted multiple times, 100,000 fraudulent votes were cast, and trucks meant to bring in food for election workers actually brought in more ballots — presumably according to her that went towards Joe Biden.
And when confronted with the question as to why no other election worker has come forward with similar allegations, Carone played the victim claiming that her “life has been completely destroyed because of this,” and that she’s lost friends, family, has had to move, and delete her social media accounts despite a Facebook page linked to her still being up that promoted her media appearances and displayed her support for Donald Trump.
