Cesar Sayoc Jr. identified as the suspect arrested in connection with he mail bombs

Cesar Sayoc Jr., a 56-year-old south Florida resident has been named as the suspected arrested in connection with the mail bombs sent to various political figures over the course of the past week MSNBC is reporting.

Sayoc was believed to have been arrested at a business Friday morning not long after packages containing explosive devices intended for senator Cory Booker and former National Intelligence director James Clapper were intercepted.

Sayoc does have connections to the New York area where a number of bombs were recovered and is believed to have a prior criminal record.

A van, believed to belong to Sayoc was also recovered by authorities and covered with a blue tarp probably to cover some of the disturbing stickers displayed on the windows.

UPDATE: Sayoc has an address in Hollywood, Florida and was arrested at an Autozone not far from his home.
