Jeffrey Epstein referred to Trump as his “closest friend” in released audio 👀

It seems like every single election cycle we get some major news drop that looks to either turn the election on its head or at the very least influence a few voters to get one candidate over the finish line.

In 2024, it seems like we have that drop courtesy of tabloid reporter Michael Wolff in the form of previously unreleased recordings with Jeffrey Epstein in which the sex trafficker gets candid over his relationship with Donald Trump.

The over 100 hours of recordings which are part of an interview conducted by Wolff with Epstein back in 2016 and 2017 supposedly reveal a deep cut into the relationship between the former President and Epstein which the now deceased Epstein referred to Trump as “(his) closest friend for 10 years”.

Among the exploits Wolff said Epstein told him about were that at one point the two of the men “shared” the same girlfriend. “They were both openly, possibly proudly, going out with the same girl at the same time,” he said, adding that he knew her identity but was not revealing it. 

“In a moment in time, there was a particular kind of sexual excess and license and cruelty, masculine cruelty, rich guy masculine cruelty, that was not just allowed, but celebrated and I think that Epstein and Trump really were two of its exaggerated exponents,” he said. 

“Of course, we see now Epstein as the sexual monster, but certainly, at least in Epstein’s telling, he and Trump were pretty much, in this regard, brothers in arms.”

But, Wolff alleged, Epstein came to believe that it was Trump who had first caused him to be investigated by law enforcement in Florida in 2005. Asked by Truman if Trump knew Epstein was “hanging out with underage girls,” Wolff said, “Trump was certainly kind of in and out of Epstein’s house and world, so I think knew something about that.”

Trump and Epstein eventually had a falling out which accounts for some of the pettiness including Esptein mocking Trump’s scalp reduction surgery. With that, it’s unclear what is and isn’t true based on Wolff’s reputation as a reporter who would stretch the truth to enhance the drama and get more eyes on his work. It’s also unclear what kind of impact this will have in the eleventh hour of the presidential election. Given how tight the race is it’s certainly plausible that these recordings from Wolff tilt the outcome in Kamala Harris’ favor. However, we’re also living in a very different reality where shit like this doesn’t seem to phase Trump. Remember, this is a guy who was caught on hot mic talking about sexually assaulting women and how he could get away with it because “(he’s) famous”. The only thing something like this will do is make his supporters dig in even further when it comes to their support for him.
