Kenosha, WI murderer Kyle Rittenhouse

Prosecutors are seeking an arrest warrant for Kenosha, Wisconsin murderer Kyle Rittenhouse for a reported bond violation as stated in a court motion that the 18-year-old, “violated the conditions of his bond by failing to update his address in writing with the Court within 48 hours of moving.”

The latest developments Wednesday have prosecutors petitioning for an arrest warrant for Rittenhouse, as stated in a court motion that he “violated the conditions of his bond by failing to update his address in writing with the Court within 48 hours of moving.” A bond increase of $200,000 is also being pursued.

After initially being considered a “flight risk” according to the court, Rittenhouse’s original bond was set at $2 million dollars back on October 30. That was met after a far-right fundraising effort from grifters like Lin Wood and Mike Lindell (the My Pillow guy) and eventually, Rittenhouse was released on bond.

And now, apparently, authorities cannot locate Rittenhouse who’s due back in court on March 10 with jury selection set to begin on March 29.

The absurdity in all of this (aside from bond being granted to a murderer in the first place) is Rittenhouse — if he’s actually re-apprehended — will not have any bond request revoked, but only have it increased by $200,000. All of this also considering Rittenhouse flashing far-right, racist hand gestures at a bar while palling around with other far-right reactionaries.

And with that, another example of white privilege in the country.

Rittenhouse is facing charges of murdering two men and wounding another during the Jacob Blake protests. Rittenhouse was 17-years-old at the time and not legally permitted to own the firearm he used in the shooting which occurred after he crossed state lines with his mother from his home in Illinois.
