Two more packages containing explosive devices have been intercepted by authorities according to NBC News.
Bomb no. 11 address to senator Cory Booker was discovered at a postal facility in Opa-lock, Florida where authorities believe other suspect packages may have passed through over the course of the past week. A package that listed a return address leading back to rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz‘s offices in Sunrise, Florida is just 20 miles north of the Opa-lock facility. That package was originally addressed to Eric Holder.

Bomb no. 12 was addressed to former director of National Intelligence James Clapper and sent to the CNN Center in New York City. This marks the second mail bomb sent to the CNN Center in New York after a suspect package addressed to former CIA director John Brennan actually made it into the Time Warner Building this week.
Brennan however isn’t employed by CNN (he’s actually a contributor to NBC) unlike Clapper who actually does work for the network.
These latest bombs discovered continue to follow a pattern of targeting frequent critics and political adversaries of Donald Trump which include former president’s Bill Clinton and Barack Obama (and Michelle Obama), former secretary of state Hillary Clinton, democratic donor George Soros, rep. Maxinne Waters, former Vice President Joe Biden and actor Robert De Niro.
So far no suspects are in custody however authorities are focusing their investigation on the south Florida area.
