A protestor made their way into the Quicken Loans Arena Thursday night during Donald Trump‘s acceptance speech at the Republican National Convention.
The protester, who was apparently identified on social media as Medea Benjamin of the organization Code Pink was holding a sign that read ‘build bridges not walls’ and was promptly removed by security and police.
During the removal, the crowd started chanting ‘USA, USA’ as Trump said “How great are our police and how great is Cleveland?”
Ironic the protester was removed during a part of the Trump speech when he was speaking of the injustices faced by Americans in the country.
