After his closed-door meeting with senate members Monday, Jared Kushner was met by a protester who attempted to hand him a Russian flag to sign.
The protester, who was identified as Ryan Clayton apparently embedded himself within a group of reporters before he threw the flag at Kushner to sign. Clayton however didn’t get far in his attempt as he was met by security and escorted away from the Trump White House advisor.

Monday’s incident however wasn’t the first time Clayton was able to troll the Trump administration with Russian props. Clayton – who’s with Americans Take Action was able to infiltrate CPAC earlier this year and pass out a bunch of Russian Trump flags unbeknownst to the attendees.
As for the Kushner’s meeting, the White House aide denied any collusion with the Russian government delivering a finely worded statement to reporters afterwards.
Via the New York Times:
“All of my actions were proper and occurred in the normal course of events of a very unique campaign,” Mr. Kushner told reporters on the White House grounds after two hours behind closed doors on Capitol Hill. “I did not collude with Russians, nor do I know of anyone in the campaign who did.”
Kushner of course was an attendee at that now infamous meeting last year at Trump Tower that included a Russian lawyer connected with the Kremlin as well as a former Russian intelligence agent.
