Tillerson, who has close personal ties to Russian president Vladimir Putin is an ironic pick considering the CIA’s determination yesterday how much of an influence the Kremlin had within the U.S. presidential election. Nonetheless it’s a lot clearer as to why Russia would want Trump to win the election with picks like Tillerson who back in 2012 was awarded the Russian Federation’s ‘Order of Friendship’ decoration.

Tillerson too may have some trouble during the confirmation hearings considering his personal ties to Russia.
