Former Donald Trump advisor Roger Stone took to Instagram in the wake of the passing of Barbara Bush to lambaste the former first lady calling her a “nasty drunk” and that if she was cremated ‘her body would burn for three days’.
Furthermore, when asked about his comments on Instagram, Stone doubled down.
According to TheWrap, Stone told that publications that Barbara Bush “…said far worse things about me,” and that “Barbara Bush was a vindictive, entitled, mean-spirited woman. May she rest in peace.”’
Stone, has had a history with the Bush family writing a book in 2016 entitled Jeb! and the Bush Crime Family: The Inside Story of an American Dynasty. However despite that history, you can’t really walk back on the dirtbag comments he (Stone) has made in the immediate aftermath of Barbara Bush’s death.
Trump severed his ties with Stone in 2015 and to this day continues to try and maintain a distance from his former advisor.
The Roger Stone report on @CNN is false – Fake News. Have not spoken to Roger in a long time – had nothing to do with my decision.

Stone however maintains that he resigned and was not let go from his position within the Trump Campaign.
