Just days before Dr. Christine Ford is scheduled to testify in front off the Senate Judiciary Committee over allegations that she was sexually assaulted by Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, a second accuser has come forward.
According to a report from the New Yorker, a woman by the name of Deborah Ramirez says Kavanaugh exposed himself to her during a drunken party while both were first year students at Yale University.
Via NPR:
“It was kind of a joke,” Ramirez told the magazine. “And now it’s clear to me it wasn’t a joke.”
…
“This alleged event from 35 years ago did not happen,” Kavanaugh said. “The people who knew me then know that this did not happen, and have said so. This is a smear, plain and simple.”
Kavanaugh has denied both allegations from Ford and Ramirez via a White House statement.
And in light of these new allegations, democratic senator Dianne Feinstein has sent a letter to Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley asking him to suspend all future hearings on Kavanaugh’s nomination for the High Court.
“I am writing to request an immediate postponement of any further proceedings related to the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh,” Feinstein wrote. “I also ask that the newest allegations of sexual misconduct be referred to the FBI for investigation, and that you join our request for the White House to direct the FBI to investigate the allegations of Christine Blasey Ford as well as these new claims.”
Stormy Daniels’ attorney Michael Avenatti also apparently has something to add to all of this..
I represent a woman with credible information regarding Judge Kavanaugh and Mark Judge. We will be demanding the opportunity to present testimony to the committee and will likewise be demanding that Judge and others be subpoenaed to testify. The nomination must be withdrawn.

My client is not Deborah Ramirez.

My e-mail of moments ago with Mike Davis, Chief Counsel for Nominations for U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary. We demand that this process be thorough, open and fair, which is what the American public deserves. It must not be rushed and evidence/witnesses must not be hidden. pic.twitter.com/11XLZJBTtY

Brett Kavanaugh must also be asked about this entry in his yearbook: "FFFFFFFourth of July." We believe that this stands for: Find them, French them, Feel them, Finger them, F*ck them, Forget them. As well as the term "Devil's Triangle." Perhaps Sen. Grassley can ask him. #Basta
