The Ted Cruz presidential campaign may not be totally dead.
In an interview with conservative radio host Glenn Beck, the Texas senator and former GOP presidential candidate hinted that he could restart his campaign if a pathway opens up. Notably if he (Cruz) does well in Nebraska.

Cruz suspended his presidential campaign after taking a double-digit loss to Donald Trump at the Indiana Primary on May 3rd. The day after Ohio Governor John Kasich followed suit.
This is an interesting development considering the outright civil taking place in the GOP right now after Trump being named the presumptive nominee.
