Chef Casper Stuhr Sobczyk of the Marienlyst Strandhotel in Denmark has developed an interesting method to age his steaks at his restaurant. Instead of the usual methods, Chef Sobczyk has decided to age the meat in with a huge coating of butter which I’m guessing will either be the most disgusting or appetizing thing you’ll see today.
