The end of Michael Avenatti that is having any sort of political career or being as much in the public spotlight as he’s been. Then again though he is a lawyer and we know the spin cycle they can get going on these types of issues.
Anyways, TMZ is reporting that Avenatti – who serves as Stormy Daniels‘ lawyer – has been arrested and is in police custody for alleged felony domestic violence.
Via TMZ:
Our law enforcement sources say Avenatti was arrested Wednesday after his estranged wife filed a felony DV report. We’re told her face was “swollen and bruised.”
Our sources say the alleged incident occurred Tuesday, but there was a confrontation Wednesday between the two at an exclusive apartment building in the Century City area of L.A.
We’re told during Wednesday’s confrontation the woman ran out of the apartment building and was on the sidewalk on her cellphone with sunglasses covering her eyes, screaming on the phone, “I can’t believe you did this to me.”
We’re told security brought her inside the building and Michael showed up 5 minutes later, ran into the building, chasing after her. He screamed repeatedly, “She hit me first.” We’re told he angrily added, “This is bulls***, this is f***ing bulls***.”
Furthermore according to the report, Avenatti allegedly ‘kicked her out of the apartment’ on Tuesday and his ex-wife returned Wednesday with law enforcement to retrieve her things. The presumption is the alleged domestic violence occurred when Avenatti kicked her out.
Anyways, Fox News, Breitbart and another other conservative outlet are going to have a field day with this one and try to use it (probably) to discredit Daniels’ claim against Donald Trump.
