White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany has become the latest member of Trump’s inner circle to test positive for the coronavirus after “experiencing no symptoms”.
McEnany added that “no reporters, producers or members of the press are listed as close contacts by the White House Medical Unit” despite she oftentimes held press briefings without wearing a mask. This too after three White House reporters were diagnosed last week with the virus as well as Hope Hicks who had direct contact with McEnany who still didn’t quarantine herself even though CDC guidelines greatly recommend that you do that.
Meanwhile, COVID-19 continues to make its rounds among a flippant White House and those who attended the nomination ceremony of Amy Coney Barrett less than two weeks ago which has become a super spreader.
Anyways, life comes at your face, especially when you continue to self-own yourself in the middle of a deadly global pandemic.
